At Plane Innovations LLC we strive to keep all products in stock and ready for shipment.

Orders are shipped within one or two business days.

Available methods of shipping:

US Postal Service (USPS). This service is best for international shipments, least expensive, sometimes slow, tracking is additional charge.

United Parcel Service (UPS). Only pennies more expensive than USPS for ground freight and offers tracking at no additional charge. Second day and next day service available. International is more expensive because all freight is next day service.

Federal Express (Fed Ex) is not available from this location.

RETURN POLICY:

All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. Should you have a defective product, simply return the product to our factory at:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will evaluate the product to determine the defect and will replace the defective item and refund the return freight cost by crediting your credit card or check.

Should you order a product of incorrect size or model, simply return the product to the above address in the original condition for replacement. Should there be a difference in price of the replacement item, you will be charged the difference or refunded if lesser value. This can be done by credit card or check.

Product should be returned by USPS or UPS.
